   The original codes one of the vehicle has smart keys coding is not be able to prius and are completely blank you will run into.

   No you cannot. It is like two separate streams running which never meet. Furthermore, just to programme a key you need a very sophisticated chip making equipment which costs around £6000 from China and Japan, so forget it, do not think too much of this possibility. Oh, one thing I forgot to tell you, do not believe these ebay advertisers who lure for programming techniques, they are just nonsense just to grab money.
