I’m getting really tired of holding the trunk door open and having it bang down on my head (ouch!) because the struts no longer work. My Toyota service center quoted a very high price to purchase and install replacement struts. I’m looking for a cheaper option. Also would like to know how difficult it is to install struts myself.
